So grateful to everyone at Automax Del City for helping me with my most recent car purchase! I was greeted warmly by the GM, Anthony, and his salesperson James. James was friendly, funny and incredibly knowledgeable. Anthony took the extra time to understand my needs in vehicle options that fit my budget, lifestyle and style preferences. They were efficient enough that I didn’t sit around at the dealership all day, but I also wasn't rushed or pressured into anything at any point. Car buying can be stressful, but these two made it a smooth and painless process. The dealership itself is clean, well organized and all of the staff were professional and friendly. Highly recommended & will be back in the future!

We have been struggling to find a dealership that would work with us and finance us for a decent used vehicle for months then my mother in-law said let's go check these guys out. Man am I glad it happened because we went in with $200 a trade in and a prayer and walked out with a 2021 Kia forte we are on SSI/ssdi and they still worked with us. I'm beyond pleased with the outcome! Their service was on point and everyone was very friendly and patient! My husband suffers with severe anxiety and was asking a billion questions but everyone was very patient with him and answered every repetitive question with grace and understanding. I will highly recommend if you're looking to finance a new car to check these guys out.

This was my first stop when I was looking for a car. We appreciated that no one was pushing us or pressuring us to buy anything and they weren’t trying to make a sale sound too good to pass up. They listened to what I had to say and took my wants and needs into consideration. Thadius showed us a few used and new Palisades and we test drove them. Although it was his first day, he was very friendly and professional and honest about not knowing much about the cars. We couldn’t find exactly what we were looking for, which was a white 24 palisade with light leather interior with bucket seats, so we went looking at other dealerships. We eventually came back and got a gray 24 palisade with the interior we wanted AND more for a better price. When we went to the other dealerships, we quickly realized how well priced the palisades were at Automax. We also realized that they didn’t add unnecessary fees like the other dealers did. The other dealers wouldn’t even waive them. They included free window tint and helped me set up the app on my phone for my car without me having to ask. I have anxiety and don’t like talking to sales people, but the process with smooth and I left feeling well taken care off.

The car that I went to go see was not there when I arrived, but they helped me find and select a car that fit all my needs and that would protect my child and would last a very long time. Plus, good gas mileage :-) Everyone treated me as an equal, asked me questions, as well as answered my own. I truly love the fact that they took the time to help me with what I needed without pressuring me without pushing me, and being more considerate than any other place I’ve been.

Micheal was absolutely amazing! Customer service I’ve never experienced anywhere else before. He was really patient with me and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied. When you go make sure you ask for him cause you’re in great hands with him. Thank you again Michea!!

Called this dealership trying to assist my son buy a vehicle. I was out of state. Angel answered the phone and assured me he could assist him. Still skeptical I sent him to the dealership. The dealership was nothing but professional and extremely helpful. Angel went above beyond. I will definitely travel to do business at this dealership the next time I purchase a vehicles.

I just had the best buying experience ever. I was helped by John Lindsey and Ryan Williams. They helped me get out of a negative equity situation by over allowing on my trade!!! I honestly thought I was going to be stuck in that car forever. I wanted to leave them a great review because they went above and beyond for me. Tyson Mays is an excellent car sales men. He was super polite. Gave me a great deal on my car and got it done quick. I would recommend anyone to come to that dealership just to see him. He would be the only I would recommend them to so they are in goods hands. Showed me great options until I found exactly what fit my needs. Overall great expierence because of rocco!!!!

Very satisfied with my experience with my car salesman John Lindsey while purchasing a car for my son. He was very helpful and had a great attitude about the company. I was so pleased with my experience that I went back a year later and purchased a car for myself. John Lindsey is my family’s car guy!!

The service is always great an they know you by name. Even though I've purchased 3 cars from them! Lol The offices are always clean an welcoming. The receptionist is so nice an helpful! Reggie is my sales person! Eric is my service guy. Nancy is my parts lady. Cody is my finance guy! They are an awesome group very trustworthy an no haggling.

Micheal Abbott was one of the best car sellers I've worked with. He was honest and genuinely listened to my needs. He helped me find the Sonata I needed for the exact price, interest rate, payments, and incentivized rates that I needed. I highly suggest asking for Micheal. The GM, Sunny, also listened to my needs and worked with us when signing the paperwork.

They were very down to earth through my whole purchase, asked me multiple times if I wanted to fire this gun instead of pressuring me to do so, and even compensated with me in the situation I was in making my purchase.
